NEWS - March 25 2007

1. Since its inception, www.chicago.agrino has evolved into a comprehensive Hellenic educational, pedagogical and business databank, serving the needs of the Hellenic Community of Chicago, and not only. 

In late 2005, early 2006 the decision was taken to transform this Hellenic databank of Chicago from FREE, to a directory by SUBSCRIPTION.

The reasons behind this are to enable the funding of further services to the members such as:
A. Furtherance of the online services with the creation of a redesigned online database system with extended search facilities.

B. CD-version of the Directory mailed out to each member/subscriber on an annual basis.

C. Hardcopy version of the Hellenic Directory of Chicago mailed out to each member/subscriber on an annual basis.

D. Furtherance of the online services provided with the establishment of more media services such as e-magazines, e-newspapers, e-radio, e-Hellenic-education, etc.

E. Design of a HELLENIC webpage for each member/subscriber.

After long deliberations with many respected members of the Hellenic community of Chicago, including Computer Programmers, Senior IT Professionals, Academicians, Teachers, Bankers, Restaurant-owners, Attorneys and Real Estate Agents,

and after receiving the advice of all abovementioned individuals,

we have come to the following decisions regarding the management and operation of the online subscription system of the Hellenic directory of Chicago:

1) All subscriptions will be payable to 
Roswell Computing Ltd, a limited liability company registered in Cyprus.
Roswell Computing Ltd's details are as follows:
Registration number C94240;
Reg. Date: April 29 1998;
Tax Id No: 12094240G

2) There are six (6) types of subscription, namely, BRONZE, SILVER, SILVER PLUS, PLATINUM PLATINUM PLUS, and GOLD.

2A) The BRONZE subscription ($49/year) may include the following:
      a) Company name,
      b1) Full Name of owner (Both Greek and English),
      b2) Place of Origin in Hellas & a message in Greek 
      c1) Full Business Address,
      c2) Type of Business (Based on the categories listed on the website)
      d) Telephone number,
       e) Fax,
       f) E-mail
       g) Webpage (if any)

2B) The SILVER subscription ($99/year) may include the features of 2A above and in addition the following:
      h) List of Products and/or Services w/prices- 150 words max.
      i) Photos - Up to 2

2C) The SILVER PLUS subscription ($149/year) may include the features of 2A above, and in addition the following:
      j) List of Products and/or Services w/prices- 250 words max, updated quarterly.
      k) Photos - Up to 4

2D) The GOLD subscription ($199/year) may include the features of 2A above, and in addition the following:
      l) List of Products/services w/prices- 350 words max, updated monthly.
     m) Photos - Up to 6.

2E) The PLATINUM subscription ($249/year) may include the features of 2A above, and in addition the following:
      n) Detailed description of products and services listed on a separate page and updated on a bi-weekly basis. (For up to 50 products/services)
     o) Corresponding photos associated with the advertised products and services
      p) A separate FULL page advertisement dedicated to the subscriber.

2F) The PLATINUM PLUS subscription ($499-one-off-payment) for the development of a separate 6-page informational website

       s) Our Clients
       t) Certificates/Publications/Press
       u) Contact Us
       v) Links.

The above list will constitute the contractual obligations of Roswell Computing Ltd which is an IT company commissioned to implement the IT project towards its subscribers to the Hellenic Directory of Chicago for the first year of subscription.

3) Subscriptions can be made electronically via the website of Roswell Computing Ltd at www.roswellcomputing.com

6) Receipts will be issued by Roswell Computing Ltd a limited liability company based in Cyprus.

8) Any subscriptions may be cancelled by any member within 30 days from the subscription date, by contacting Roswell Computing Ltd by email, or post.
9) Roswell Computing Ltd will be the IT manager and computer operator of the Hellenic directory of Chicago and the subscription system associated with it.
10) Roswell Computing Ltd will be the party responsible for meeting the contractual obligations towards the members/subscribers through the development and maintenance of the electronic version of the Hellenic Directory of Chicago as described in 2A, 2B and 2C above.

12. THE STATUS OF EXISTING ENTRIES:
All existing entries will be given a discretionary period of 6 months starting from November 10 2006 to subscribe to the new system.
